Ken has been square dancing and calling since 1975. After attending numerous schools for callers, Ken began in 1983 instructing potential callers in the art of square dance calling. In 2004, Ken began his own Callers School, The Northeast Callers School in Manchester, New Hampshire. Now in its fifth year, the school continues to grow in size and talent. This coming year (2008) will be a spectacular school year with many students coming from all over the USA and Canada.

Ken is a member of CALLERLAB and a former member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors. He has held several positions on committees throughout the years, including Chairman of the Plus Committee. Ken is an Accredited CALLERLAB Caller-Coach, receiving his accreditation in 1991.

Ken calls through the C2 Level and has traveled around the US and Canada calling for clubs and festivals. He is a member of the New England Council of Callers Association (NECCA). He is a regular caller at the New England Square and Round Dance Convention (NESRDC), and is a staff member of the Tumbling Leaves Festival. He is also the club caller for the Noho Squares in Northhampton, MA; the Cast Off 8's in Rutland, VT: and the Acey Deucy Club in Colonie, New York.
