Steering Committee
When the Cast Off 8's was formed in September 1978, the members decided to have a Steering Committee instead of
officers and by-laws. The elected President and Vice President function as co-chairpersons of the committee.
This committee is elected by the club members at the annual meeting in May and meet as needed
during the year.
